## What it solves

A CRM is mostly a place you go to type things in, and the typing is the reason the data is out of date. If the assistant you are already talking to could keep the record, the record would follow the conversation instead of trailing behind it.

## How it works

It is a headless contact server built as an MCP server: 37 tools, 4 resources and 3 prompts. You talk to your assistant and it manages companies, contacts, deals, leads, follow-ups and revenue analytics. When you actually want to see the pipeline, it renders an interactive dashboard inside the chat rather than sending you to a website. Data protection is built in as tools rather than as a policy page: the subject rights to access and to erasure are calls you can make.

## When to use it

It suits someone whose customer work already happens in a chat window, and who would rather log an interaction in the sentence after it than in a form an hour later. It is EU-hosted and it is a complete CRM rather than a bridge to one.

## When not to use it

It is not a bridge to HubSpot or Salesforce, so if your team already lives in one of those, this does not connect to it, it replaces it. And a chat-first CRM only makes sense if the people who need the data are the people in the chat: a sales floor that wants shared dashboards and role permissions is asking for a different kind of product.
